Mr. Nguyen Thai Duong graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics from the National Economics University and completed a Master's program in Business Administration jointly between the University of Commerce and IMC University - KREMS (Republic of Austria).

With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial and securities sector in the Vietnamese market, Mr. Duong has held many management and consulting positions at prestigious organizations such as participating in ERP projects at FPT Information System Joint Stock Company (FIS), Apec Securities Company, Agricultural Securities, AAS Securities. In addition, he has also held senior management roles at companies such as DTH Vietnam Investment and Management Joint Stock Company, Dai Viet Real Estate Investment and Management Joint Stock Company and Chief of Office of the International Institute of Economics and Law.

Mr. Nguyen Thai Duong has directly consulted and accompanied dozens of enterprises in important activities such as restructuring, equitization, IPO and listing on the stock exchange. At the same time, he also holds the role of Board Member at enterprises such as Bao Tin Kinh Bac Jewelry Joint Stock Company, Bao Tin An Lac Joint Stock Company, demonstrating prestige and practical management experience.

Not only consulting and managing, Mr. Duong also actively participates in training and imparting practical knowledge to hundreds of students in the fields of Law, Finance and Securities, contributing to building and developing human resources for the Vietnamese stock market.
