Ông Dũng tốt nghiệp Thạc sỹ Quản trị Kinh doanh (MBA) tại Đại học Troy University (Hoa Kỳ), cử nhân Kinh tế đối ngoại tại Đại học Ngoại Thương (FTU) và có Chứng chỉ hành nghề Quản lý quỹ và Đầu tư chứng khoán do Uỷ ban chứng khoán nhà nước cấp.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Mr. Dung has a deep understanding of the financial market, especially in the fields of banking, securities and investment fund management... During the period from 2006 to 2010, Mr. Dung had the opportunity to participate in the process of initiating and establishing the Capital and Foreign Exchange Trading Division at prestigious financial institutions such as ABBank and BaoVietBank. Since 2010, Mr. Dung has moved to and dedicated his career to the field of securities and investment fund management, in which he has held many years of senior management positions and general director of financial institutions such as Thu Do Securities Company, Smart Invest Securities Company, Pacific Bridge Investment Fund Management Company...

Hiện tại, ngoài nắm giữ chức vụ Chủ tịch HĐQT của Công ty Bảo Tín Capital, ông Dũng còn đảm đương chức vụ Thành viên HĐQT của Công ty Vàng bạc đá quý Bảo Tín Mạnh Hải.
